Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HOPE STUDIO, every story is created personally and thoughtfully, just for you. Because our products are custom-made and personalized, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of the creative process.

Order Cancellations

• You may request a full refund only if the cancellation is made before we begin illustration work on your order.

• Once illustration work has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as time and creative effort have already been invested.

Personalized & Custom Work

• All HOPE STUDIO products are made-to-order and personalized.

• Refunds are not available once the first draft has been shared or the illustration process has begun.

• We do not accept returns, as most orders are delivered digitally.

Revisions

• Each order includes up to two rounds of reasonable revisions, as specified on the product page.

• Revision requests must be based on the original brief and submitted within the communicated review window.

• Requests that significantly change the original brief may be treated as new work and may require an additional fee.

Issues or Errors

• If there is an error on our part (such as incorrect delivery or missing files), we will fix it promptly at no additional cost.
