HOPE STUDIO products are primarily delivered as digital artwork, not physical goods.

Delivery Format

• Final artwork is delivered digitally in high-resolution PDF and/or image formats.

• Files are suitable for viewing, sharing privately, and personal printing.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery timeline is 5–10 business days, depending on the product and complexity.

• Timelines begin after we receive all required details, photos, and approvals from the customer.

• Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or for complex stories.

Physical Prints (If Applicable)

• If physical prints or printed products are offered, shipping details, timelines, and charges will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

• Physical delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services.

No Physical Shipping by Default

• Unless explicitly stated, no physical item will be shipped.

• Customers should not expect courier delivery for digital-only products.
